Our three core program areas work together to address climate change, food security, and natural resource degradation in Ghana.
Climate Education
Increasing Ghana's national climate literacy rate from 22% to 70% by developing the knowledge and capacity of women, children & youth to understand the basics of climate change, its impacts, and practical solutions.
Key Objectives:

- Transform communities into agents of climate change
- Build capacity for climate action and adaptation
- Create awareness about climate impacts and solutions

Sustainable Agriculture
Capacitating young women in rural and peri-urban communities by enhancing their access to land, delivering training in sustainable agricultural practices, and introducing agroecology approaches.
Key Objectives:
- Enhance women's access to agricultural land
- Provide training in sustainable farming practices
- Introduce agroecology and climate-resilient techniques
- Transform vulnerable farmers into agricultural leaders
- Improve food security and livelihoods

Natural Resources Management
Positioning women and youth at the forefront of environmental protection by promoting inclusive and sustainable practices, mangrove restoration, clean energy initiatives, and policy participation.
Key Objectives:
- Advance mangrove restoration efforts
- Support clean energy initiatives
- Strengthen participation in policy decision-making
- Build capacity for just transition agenda
